Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral return label and a neutral billing descriptor. No one — not your mail carrier, not your neighbor — can tell what is inside.

Processing & delivery

• Processing: orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days, available at checkout.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned once opened: any item with a broken hygiene seal, plus oils, lubricants, candles, and other personal-care products.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or stops working within its warranty period, we'll make it right — a replacement or refund, your choice. Just reach out within 30 days with your order number and a photo.

How to start a return

Email support@spiceadult.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label and instructions. Refunds post within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
